About the Founder
Founder & Managing Director
Dandin Infante, also known as "Dan", is a highly experienced and accomplished Human Resources professional with nearly two decades of experience in the HR field. Dan is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB), National Book Development Board (NBDB) Accredited Author, Civil Service Professional Eligibility (CSC-CSE) passer, and a DOLE Accredited and Licensed Safety Officer 2 (SO2). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and pursued a Master in Business Administration at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Dan has a proven track record of leading and managing HR functions across diverse industries, including IT, BPO, and consulting. He is adept at strategic planning, project management, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and performance management.
